PA to Deputy Head

Term-Time PA to the Deputy Head & Head of DepartmentIndependent School South London Term-Time + 2 Weeks £36,800 Office BasedAre you an experienced School PA looking for a varied role in a thriving independent school?We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded school in South London for an organised and initiative-taking Personal Assistant to support the Deputy Head and a Head of Department. Working at the heart of the school, you'll provide seamless administrative support while building strong relationships with staff, parents and pupils.The RoleYou'll provide high-level PA support, including:

• Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings.
• Preparing correspondence, agendas and meeting minutes.
• Maintaining the academic calendar and supporting the senior academic team.
• Leading the administration of parents' evenings and academic events.
• Supporting Heads of Department with communications, pupil review meetings and academic administration.
• Organising mock exam resits and the annual textbook return.
• Providing occasional reception and absence cover when required.

About YouYou'll have previous PA or EA experience, ideally within a school, college or university, together with:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel).
• Experience producing accurate minutes.
• A proactive approach, excellent diligence and the ability to manage confidential information.
• Experience of iSAMS or a similar school MIS would be an advantage.
