What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing your own Commercial Property caseload
- Acting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling commercial and residential leases
- Supporting development and land transactions
- Working on conditional contracts, options and overage agreements
- Advising on easements and secured lending
- Assisting senior colleagues on larger, more complex transactions
- Building strong relationships with clients
You will be:
- Around 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
- Confidence managing your own matters
- Strong technical and client-care skills
- Ambition to develop your Commercial Property expertise
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
