Job Description

An exciting in-house Architect role with a salary of 65,000 to 80,000 plus bonus and career progression opportunities for a permanent role based in our Deansgate, central Manchester office.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced in-house Architect with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company. Our client is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 50 years ago. The company operates over 4000 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.

The role

The role will include working on the architecture of luxury residential and commercial developments across the UK including properties based in London, Manchester and Dublin.

You will have a detailed design eye and will work on the design and interiors of the properties, which will include CAD drawings and project management.

Main Responsibilities

Duties will include:

Prepare dimensional site drawings, installation drawings and layout drawings

Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes

Review drawings, specifications and other documentation as requested by the wider teams.

Creating new design ideas and concepts

Maintain all relevant documentation and logging of drawing references to ensure compliance to internal standards by following digital filing guidelines.

The role will be a full-time office based role at our Deansgate, Manchester office.

Able to generate plan layout drawings from sketches, specifications and images

Knowledgeable of standard drafting practices
