Experienced Bartender required for the bar within a prestigious hotel, located in the picturesque and historic town of Rye, East Sussex.

About the role:
This Bartender role offers the opportunity to work within a busy hotel bar, within a wider Food & Beverage team. The pub area, serves Sussex ales, draught cider, and continental beers. There s also a wide selection of wines by the glass and a healthy representation from local English vineyards. Cocktails and nibbles are also served.
Who we re looking for:
- Previous hotel, bar or hospitality experience, including cocktail service
- Have a genuine passion for food and drink
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
- Can do attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional bar service to hotel guests
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages and drinks
- Assist with food service within the bar area when required
- Support the wider Food & Beverage team during busy periods
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service
- Deliver an efficient and welcoming guest experience

- This small town has good transport links including bus and train services
