Access to a vehicle would be advantageous. You will be responsible for producing and managing complex Revit models, coordinating multidisciplinary information and supporting engineers throughout the design process. The role will also involve providing technical guidance to developing Revit Coordinators and contributing to the development and implementation of BIM standards across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Revit professional who is confident working independently, enjoys resolving technical and coordination challenges and wants to take greater responsibility for digital engineering delivery. Key Responsibilities Produce coordinated 3D Revit models and associated 2D drawings using BIM-enabled design tools. Deliver feasibility, design and contract-level building services drawings with minimal instruction. Set up and manage complex Revit models, including projects incorporating MagiCAD. Identify design gaps and liaise proactively with engineering teams to resolve issues. Undertake interdisciplinary model coordination between building services, structural and architectural elements. Complete clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, Revizto and other appropriate coordination tools. Produce RIBA Stage 4 and BWIC drawings to LOD 4. Create, manage and export COBie data drops, including importing populated data. Develop and maintain Revit families in accordance with BIM standards. Upload drawings and models to the Common Data Environment. Provide buildability and firestopping feedback to engineering teams. Carry out basic calculations under the guidance of mechanical engineers where required. Work closely with BIM, engineering and wider design teams to ensure effective project delivery. Support, manage and mentor developing Revit Coordinators within the team. Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practice. About You You will have strong technical capability across Revit and BIM, combined with a good understanding of building services and multidisciplinary project delivery. You will be confident working with limited instruction and taking ownership of the quality and completeness of your digital outputs. Strong communication skills are important, as you will work closely with engineers, BIM professionals, architects and other project stakeholders. You should also be comfortable providing technical guidance to less experienced team members and taking a lead on Revit coordination and digital engineering delivery across projects. Requirements Strong experience working within a Revit, BIM or Digital Engineering role. Specialist-level experience using Revit. Strong working knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360/Forma and Revizto. Experience with multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection. Experience working on building services projects and an understanding of MEP design. Knowledge of MagiCAD would be advantageous. Experience producing coordinated construction information, including BWIC and logistics drawings. Knowledge of COBie data, Revit families and BIM deliverables. Good understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plans. Understanding of buildability and firestopping requirements. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a wider team. Previous experience supporting or mentoring junior Revit/BIM professionals would be advantageous. A relevant BIM, Revit or digital engineering qualification/certification would be beneficial.
