Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm - 35 hours per week
No weekend working
Holiday: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays

About us
Let's Go Lettings is an exciting new lettings agency based in Portsmouth. Although the agency is brand new, it is led by two experienced directors who each have more than 20 years' experience in the property and lettings industry.
As the business grows, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable person to join us at an early stage and become an important part of the team.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in property. Previous lettings experience would be helpful but is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
You will be working in a friendly, energetic and fun environment where your contribution will be valued and there will be genuine opportunities to develop your knowledge, take on more responsibility and progress as the agency grows.

The role
This is a varied position combining office-based work with visits to our managed properties. You will help ensure that tenants receive a professional service and that the day-to-day management of our properties runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
Arranging and managing tenant move-ins
Preparing inventories and carrying out check-outs
Completing routine fire-alarm testing and maintaining accurate records
Answering telephone calls and responding to general tenant and applicant enquiries
Booking and coordinating property viewings
Reporting, arranging and following up maintenance work
Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
Supporting the management of deposits at the beginning and end of tenancies
Helping to manage tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
Keeping property and tenant records accurate and up to date
Providing general administrative support to the directors and wider business
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with different people
Organised and able to manage several tasks at once
Reliable, punctual and willing to take responsibility
Professional when dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors
Comfortable using email, telephone systems and basic computer software
Able to work independently while also contributing to a close-knit team
Keen to learn and build a long-term career in the property industry
Proactive, with a practical approach to solving everyday problems
Because the role involves visiting properties, a full UK driving licence is required. Access to a vehicle would be advantageous.
