Residential Conveyancer Property Lawyer Conveyancing Jobs in Devon
Locations: Torquay, Newton Abbot & East DevonFull-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
An established and growing Devon law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding Residential Property team. With increased demand across multiple offices, this is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), Property Lawyer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner seeking long-term career progression.
The Role
You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build conveyancing
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Buy-to-let and investment property transactions
- Shared Ownership and Help to Buy matters
- Probate and matrimonial property transactions
You'll work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently and deliver an excellent client experience.
About You
Applications are welcomed from qualified and experienced professionals with:
- At least 2 years' residential conveyancing experience
- The ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills
Formal qualifications are not essential. Experienced unqualified Conveyancers and Fee Earners are encouraged to apply.
