Our client provides innovative solutions to businesses across a variety of sectors. As part of its continued expansion, it is seeking an ambitious and driven Regional Sales Consultant to join its fast-paced, high-performing team.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships and selling the company's products and services throughout South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on achieving results-and wants to benefit from a highly rewarding, uncapped commission structure. Comprehensive training will be provided to help the successful candidate excel in the role.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality presentations that generate and secure new business
• Develop a thorough understanding of customers' needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Build new client relationships while strengthening existing ones
• Maintain regular contact with prospective customers
• Research potential clients and maintain detailed knowledge of your customer base and sales leads
• Prepare tailored proposals that clearly demonstrate value
• Negotiate pricing while protecting profitability and remaining competitive
• Produce accurate monthly reports
• Ensure contracts, administration and supporting documents are accurate and up to date
• Share valuable customer and market feedback with the wider team

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident presentation and negotiation abilities
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems
