Complete post-imaging configuration, validation, and quality checks to ensure devices meet required standards. Meet defined KPIs and SLAs, including turnaround times, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in compliance with health and safety policies. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and operational goals. Provide support to colleagues to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve bottlenecks. Train and mentor team members to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to processes. Follow data security, handling, and compliance procedures when working with customer devices and information. Competencies & Behaviours: Strong understanding of PC hardware components and architecture. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems. Familiarity with Android and iOS operating systems is desirable. Experience with imaging and deployment tools (e.g., MDT, SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to kg). Ability to stand for extended periods while performing configuration tasks.
