The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating tenancy extensions, property vacations, compliance administration, supplier relationships, and customer communications, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times. Key Responsibilities Manage tenancy extension and vacation requests. Coordinate and process tenancy administration and related documentation. Respond promptly to tenant, landlord, agent, and supplier enquiries. Manage and prioritise a shared team inbox. Serve notices on rental properties where required. Liaise with furniture hire, removals, and other external suppliers. Obtain and maintain tenancy compliance documentation, including safety certificates and deposit information. Assist in resolving tenancy-related queries and complaints. Build and maintain positive working relationships with landlords, agents, suppliers, and tenants. Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently. Support the wider team with administrative duties as required.
