Clacton-on-Sea Join a well-established branch in the heart of a thriving coastal community. You'll work closely with a busy estate agency team, helping a wide range of first-time buyers, home movers and remortgage customers achieve their property ambitions.

Witham Be part of a dynamic and fast-paced branch located within a key commuter market. With a strong pipeline of business and excellent local presence, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with a diverse customer base while developing your advice and sales expertise.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting detailed fact-finds to understand customers' needs and financial circumstances.
• Delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice.
• Supporting customers throughout their home-buying journey.
• Building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise opportunities.
• Managing leads effectively and providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

• CeMAP qualified or actively studying towards completion.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, target-driven and eager to develop a long-term career in financial services.
