Commercial Property & Litigation Solicitors

We are working with an established and highly regarded law firm in Cheltenham that is looking to strengthen its team with experienced Commercial Property and Litigation Solicitors.

Commercial Property Solicitor
We are keen to speak with solicitors with experience across a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases and renewals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property development
- Investment and secured lending
- General commercial property transactions
You will ideally have solid experience handling your own caseload and be confident dealing directly with clients and other professional parties.
Litigation Solicitor
We are also seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor with a strong background in contentious matters. Experience across areas such as commercial, civil, property or contractual disputes would be advantageous.
You will be confident managing your own caseload, advising clients and progressing matters through to resolution, with strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.

We are looking for commercially minded solicitors who are:
- Qualified Solicitors with relevant PQE
- Experienced in their respective area of law
- Confident managing their own caseload
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Commercially aware and solutions-driven
- Keen to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm
