We're looking for a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team, helping pupils grow in confidence and achieve their potential.Your role will include:

• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Leading small group sessions in phonics, reading, and catch-up learning
• Supporting pupils with special educational needs, including those with EHCPs
• Using learning plans to guide targeted support
• Creating and adapting resources to meet individual needs
• Promoting positive behaviour and inclusive learning

What you'll need:

• A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
• Recent experience in a school setting (within the last 2 years)
• A strong work ethic and commitment to pupil progress
• A DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Familiar with safeguarding and school procedures
• Experienced in supporting pupils with SEN and/or EAL
