The successful candidate will bring:

• A proven track record in high-end residential construction.
• Strong site management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive quality and programme.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both subcontractors and clients.
• Essential certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
