The Role

• Lead the team: Manage a team of warehouse assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Optimise stock: Implement efficient stock control strategies, from inbound to outbound.
• Ensure accuracy: Oversee accurate picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Drive efficiency: Continuously improve warehouse workflows and productivity.
• Maintain compliance: Adhere to ISO9001 standards and health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven leadership: Experience managing teams and driving results.
• Warehouse expertise: Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles.
• Forklift skills: A valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
• Attention to detail: A keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
