Portfolio Payroll is so excited to be working alongside an established Client Payroll Bureau in the Dumfries area, who are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to manage their established team of Payroll administrators. We are looking for an experienced Clients Payroll Manager who can really develop this function and provide a first class service to their current client base and be a part of the future growth and development of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to really drive continuous improvement and manage a first class payroll service to a wide range of clients

Some of the duties include;

• Management of a Payroll team of 5
• Ensuring the delivery of accurate and efficient client payroll
• Driving a policy of continuous improvement
• Driving a positive culture across the business and team
• Taking a commercial focus and eye across the business
