Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various staff and departments to ensure seamless administrative support.
- Utilise computer systems to maintain accurate patient information, including data entry and retrieval.
- Improve clinical capacity by managing waiting lists and scheduling appointments efficiently.
- Prepare reports, letters, and meeting minutes as required.
Qualifications:
- 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language, plus 1 year of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
- A valid driving license and access to a car is necessary.
