You'll work with pupils who may present with Autism, ADHD, trauma-related behaviours, and SEMH. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting students to manage their emotions and access learning in a safe, structured environment.

• Salary: £89-£100 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Start Date: ASAP

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils in managing challenging behaviour positively
• Assisting with lessons and classroom activities
• Working 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping implement personalised support and behaviour plans
• Promoting emotional growth, confidence, and self-regulation
