Your new roleAs a Pre-Construction Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the early stages of residential development projects. You'll be responsible for:

• Preparing cost plans and feasibility studies
• Supporting land acquisition and tendering processes
• Evaluating subcontractor and supplier packages
• Providing commercial input during design development
• Collaborating with planning, design, and construction teams to ensure cost-effective solutions

This is a strategic role that offers the opportunity to influence project outcomes from inception through to delivery.

What you'll need to succeed:To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in quantity surveying within residential construction
• Strong pre-construction and cost planning expertise
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• A proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

Experience with developer-led projects and early-stage cost consultancy will be highly advantageous.
