Groundworker Social Housing Maintenance (North & South London)
We are looking for an experienced Groundworkers to join a leading social housing contractor, working across North and South London. This is a long-term role carrying out essential external works on a full-time basis.
Role Responsibilities:
Carry out a variety of groundworks including:
Fencing installations and repairs
Block paving
Slabbing and general hard landscaping
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Provide excellent customer service while working in residential environments
Adhere to all health & safety procedures on site
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Groundworks or a relevant trade
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
Previous experience in social housing, reactive maintenance, or similar environment preferred
Ability to work independently and within a team
Package:
£20.50 per hour (CIS)
Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week
Company vehicle and fuel card provided
