Painter Reactive Maintenance (South London)
Start Date: ASAP
Van & Fuel card supplied for business use
Mon to Fri: 42.5 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced Painter to join a busy reactive maintenance contract covering South London. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to go temp to perm.
Role Details:
Carry out internal and external painting works on a reactive maintenance basis
Work across residential properties within South London
Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Requirements:
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent)
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
Previous experience in reactive maintenance/social housing preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Package:
£18.05 per hour (CIS)
Company van & fuel card provided
Temp to perm opportunity
