What You'll Do:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to boost learning and confidence
• Assist with classroom management and the preparation of learning resources
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and safe environment for all children
• Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment activities

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting (KS1 and/or KS2)
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
