TA- Ebbw Vale

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs, both in and out of the classroom.

Implement personalised learning plans and support strategies as directed by the class teacher and ALNCo.

Assist with classroom management and the delivery of differentiated learning activities.

Support pupils' social and emotional development, promoting independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.

Liaise effectively with teachers, parents/carers, and external professionals.

Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Support with personal care needs where required (training will be provided if necessary).

Participate in relevant training and professional development.

Uphold the school's safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.
