We are working on behalf of a leading global financial services organisation is seeking a Business Analyst to join a high-profile regulatory outreach and transformation team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to work on regulatory change initiatives, supporting client outreach activities, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across complex financial markets programmes. Key responsibilities include: Analyse regulatory requirements and assess applicability across clients and entities Support internal and external query management, including investigation, research and resolution Work with large datasets to produce meaningful analysis, insights and reporting Develop metrics, MI and reporting packs for a range of stakeholders Support client outreach activities including QA reviews, tracking and monitoring Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to resolve complex issues and deliver process improvements Ensure quality control procedures and governance standards are followed throughout the outreach lifecycle Key experience and skills: 2-5 years' Business Analysis or relevant financial services experience Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs (Macros desirable) Experience working with large datasets for analysis and reporting Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of requirements and analysis activities Financial markets, derivatives, regulatory change or client outreach experience would be advantageous Previous client-facing experience preferred If successful, this role offers a highly competitive day rate with a leading employer in Northern Ireland, on a contract engagement with strong potential for extension.This position requires 3 days per week onsite in Belfast; only candidates who can meet this requirement will be considered.
