About the Role We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is:
- Professional, presentable, and confident - this role involves significant front of house visibility.
- Well mannered and collaborative, able to slot into a close knit and supportive team.
- Passionate about producing fresh, vibrant, relaxed yet elegant dishes.
- Focused on flavour, consistency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver high quality dishes with a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients and bold flavours.
- Support menu development and contribute creative ideas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
- Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members.
- Work collaboratively with both back and front of house teams.
