Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and exceptional PA to work within a family feel company, supporting several partners and the wider team. Based in Birmingham with offices nationwide, this role offers a varied mix of administration, secretarial duties, office coordination, and some involvement in social media and events.

In this role, you will work closely with the partners and senior leadership team while being supported by the wider business support team. The position combines traditional PA and administrative responsibilities with a broader office management function.

Key duties include audio typing, compiling board packs, handling communications on behalf of the partners, and providing high level PA support. You will also be responsible for overseeing day to day office operations, supporting facilities management, and ensuring health and safety requirements and risk assessments are completed and kept up to date.

In addition, the role includes involvement in social media activity, including posting and reporting, as well as helping to organise company events, requiring a creative and proactive approach. There may also be elements of front of house responsibility, so a positive and professional manner is essential.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, hands on, and able to manage their own workload while also responding to last minute requests. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
