  • ServiceNow Solution Architect - Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
  • Remote (Very rarely might ask to travel to London)
  • 6 month contract
  • Inside of IR35
  • £620 per day

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join a high-profile enterprise ServiceNow programme. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams, supporting the rollout of Now Assist while leading the design and implementation of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities.

You will act as a trusted technical authority within the ServiceNow platform, providing architectural leadership, governance, and hands-on expertise to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow HAM and SAM, leading design workshops and contributing to sprint and project planning
  • Take ownership of technical requirements and solution components related to HAM & SAM build and implementation
  • Translate business requirements into robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Provide technical governance across the ServiceNow platform
  • Enforce coding standards and best practices across delivery teams
  • Produce and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) documentation and solution artefacts
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and development blockers
  • Proactively identify and document continuous improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to platform health, performance, and stability
  • Support technical triage of major incidents and critical issues when required
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to influence key decisions

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect within complex enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HAM & SAM
  • Experience supporting or implementing Now Assist or AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities (desirable)
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and best practices
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding and influencing delivery teams
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or Architect-level) highly desirable
