Description
The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Investment acquisitions and disposals
- Development and regeneration projects
- Landlord and tenant work for major institutional clients
- Asset management for domestic and international portfolios
- Supporting on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
You will be expected to take a lead role on transactions, supervise junior lawyers, and manage client relationships with appropriate support from partners.
Profile
- England and Wales qualified
- Typically 5-8 years' PQE in commercial real estate
- Strong technical skills with experience handling transactions autonomously
- Commercial, confident, and comfortable dealing directly with clients
- Keen to be part of a collaborative team with long-term growth ambitions
