Are you a compassionate and resilient Complex Needs Support Worker looking for a rewarding new role?
Do you have experience supporting children or young people with complex needs?

A welcoming and inclusive Specialist School in Thatcham is seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Support Worker to join their team as soon as possible. In this role, you will provide high-quality 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of complex needs, including profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), autism (ASD), physical disabilities, and medical needs.

This Complex Needs Support Worker role will involve:
Providing tailored 1:1 support to pupils with complex needs
Assisting with personal care where required
Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, and physical needs
Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
ASAP start
Well-connected location with good public transport links

If you have a background in care, support work, or working with children with additional needs, we would love to hear from you. Experience with complex needs or personal care is highly desirable.
