You'll be commercially managing a mix of reactive and planned maintenance works, including:
It's a fast-paced environment with plenty going on, so you'll need to be confident handling multiple workstreams and keeping a close eye on costs.
A solid understanding of NHF Schedule of Rates is key.
You'll be based out of a modern head office just outside London (North of the M25), with projects across the wider South East.
