Chef de Partie - Live In - Rosette

We have 2 x Chef de Partie positions available on the Isle of Skye, offering a package of around £36,500, at a world-renowned, award-winning 3AA Rosette restaurant with rooms.

Candidates with experience at any Rosette level, fine dining, or similar experience are ideal. However one of the positions available does not require Rosette experience and can consider candidates with a fresh-food background.

Live In Chef de Partie job in Skye, Highlights:

• Two positions available, one is 4 days per week and the other 5 days per week (both 41 hours per week contract).
• Salary package around £36,500.
• Base salary of £30,000 + share of excellent tips/ tronc (approx. £6k - £7k per year).
• Overtime paid if not taken back in lieu.
• Ideally looking for full time/ permanent candidates, but open to discussing a seasonal role depending on your situation.

Live In Chef de Partie job in Skye, Other Information:

• Subsidised live-in accommodation available at just £300 per month, bills included (including Wi-Fi etc).
• Private bedroom within a shared house, many with ensuite bathrooms, plus shared lounge, kitchen, and laundry facilities.
• Christmas and New Year off as the restaurant closes from approximately 20th December to 20th January.
• 28 days holiday, increasing by one additional day per year of service, up to 31 days.
• Working within a strong brigade of around 12 chefs.
• Opportunity to work with exceptional locally sourced produce, including some of Scotland s finest meat and shellfish.
