You will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Sales
• Purchases
• Re-mortgages

From instruction through to post-completion, you'll manage files independently while delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage of the transaction.

• A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx professional, or experienced Fee Earner
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding client service
• Experience using case management systems and confidence with legal technology
• A commercial mindset, with enthusiasm for networking and generating new business
