This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to work in a multi-rosette kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal produce. The property is known for its strong food reputation and high standards, making this a standout role for an experienced Senior Sous Chef.

Senior Sous Chef Role Overview

The Senior Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. The successful Senior Sous Chef will ensure consistency, quality, and leadership across all sections.

This position suits a confident Senior Sous Chef with a background in 2 AA Rosette kitchens or higher.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Sous Chef:

• Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team.
• Maintain high standards across all sections and services.
• Assist in menu development using seasonal ingredients.
• Train and develop junior chefs within the brigade.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Step up and run the kitchen in the Head Chef s absence.

Key Requirements for the Senior Sous Chef:

• Strong experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen or higher.
• Several years experience at 2 Rosette level or above is essential.
• Proven leadership and kitchen management ability.
• Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy, fine dining kitchen.
• Stable background within quality establishments preferred.
