Company & Commercial Solicitor (9am - 5.30pm)

We're looking for a talented Company & Commercial Solicitor to join our friendly and collaborative team.
You'll be part of a leading firm that's kept its High Street family feel, with the chance to develop your own thriving desk and build lasting relationships across our strong client base.
About the role
You'll work with a wide range of businesses, advising on a wide range of areas including:
- Business sales, acquisitions and mergers- Drafting and reviewing contracts- Shareholder agreements- Franchises, agency agreements and business start ups
About you
You'll be a confident communicator with around 3 - 5 years PQE, commercially minded and detail focused. Able to manage your workload efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
