Face to face tutors required for students in Medway

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with young people, providing tailored support that meets their individual needs and helps rebuild their confidence in learning.

The Role:
You will work on a one-to-one basis with students, delivering personalised sessions designed to re-engage them in education. This role requires patience, adaptability, and a willingness to think outside the box to support each learner effectively.

Experience, Training and Qualifications:

• QTS or equivalent, or relevant tutoring experience
• UK classroom teaching experience or tutoring experience
• A creative and flexible approach to teaching
• Patience and resilience when working with challenging situations
• Experience supporting SEND or disengaged pupils

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Have the right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for one
• Provide two professional references related to working with children
