The Role:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
• Providing quotes and resolving queries
• Managing orders and monitoring backorders
• Supporting key accounts and internal teams
• Office based role in Northampton

The Person:

• Experience in customer service or client support
• Strong communication skills
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Positive and detail focused
