Purchasing Manager - Direct Procurement
The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop site-based materials teams
- Improve procurement processes and ensure consistency
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and negotiations
- Identify and deliver cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Support stock management and new product introduction
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across operations and sales
About You
- Proven experience in procurement, ideally within manufacturing
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical, proactive, and results-driven
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
Qualifications
- MCIPS (or working towards) or equivalent experience
