We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join the Secondary Phase of a dynamic Schools
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you ll play a key role in supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs and behavioural needs, helping them to stay focused in lessons, complete tasks, and manage their emotions positively. You ll work mainly with Key Stage 3 pupils (ages ), providing one-to-one and small group support that makes a real difference to their learning experience.
You ll work closely with class teachers and the school s SENCo and will receive ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills.
The school welcomes applications from individuals with experience supporting young people in educational, youth, or community settings as well as those who have relevant personal experience.
