Temporary Invoice Processing Administrator Location: Pudsey (Hybrid after training)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm
Start Date: 27th April 2026 (up to 3 months)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Administrator Requirement: Must pass a credit check and have administration experience. Must be able to commit and start on the 27th April 2026 for up to 3 months
Administrator We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable temporary administrator to join our client's team for a 3-month assignment, supporting the finance processes.
Key Responsibilities of the Admiistrator: - Receive invoices by email from dealerships
- Cross-check invoices against claims to ensure accuracy
- Authorise invoices for payment
- Process payments efficiently and accurately
