Job Description

We're looking for a confident, driven Project Manager to take ownership of fast paced commercial fit-out projects across the office and higher education sectors, delivering schemes up to 20 million in value.

This is a client facing role suited to a strong delivery focused PM who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You'll play a key role in managing projects end to end while supporting work-winning activity and building lasting client relationships.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage traditional fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B) from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants across design, procurement, and construction phases.
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, and risk to ensure successful delivery within agreed parameters.
  • Support tender processes, presentations, and contribute to securing repeat and new business.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, delivery-focused team culture.


About You

  • Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, ideally within office or higher education sectors.
  • Strong track record of managing projects up to 20 million in value.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware with a solid understanding of cost control and project financials.
  • Confident communicator who can build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress within a growing business.
