Registered Manager to lead an
Outstanding-rated service supporting individuals with
autism, dual diagnosis, personality disorders, and challenging behaviours.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a complex care setting, leading from the front while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
You will:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of circa 40 staff
- Oversee site leads and senior team members
- Drive best practice in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
- Ensure full CQC and safeguarding compliance at all times
- Manage assessments, reviews, and operational performance
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external professionals
What We're Looking For
We need a confident, resilient leader who can balance people leadership with regulatory excellence.
Essential: - Experience as a Registered, Deputy, or Care Manager
- Strong background in challenging behaviour and/or mental health services
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively in complex environments
- Solid understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and CQC standards
- NVQ Level 5 (or working towards)
You'll be someone who can adapt your leadership style, remain calm under pressure, and command respect while still being approachable and supportive.
