Business Administrator
Location: HPC, Bristol (Onsite, 5 days a week)
Pay Rate: 160 per day

Our Client, a leading organisation in the energy sector, is hiring for a reputable company to support their HPC Delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project within the UK's new nuclear build programme.

What you'll be doing:
Providing professional, accurate administrative support to the department and wider programme team
Managing diaries and itineraries, organising meetings, and preparing meeting packs
Coordinating travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements
Maintaining data and records for easy access and retrieval
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including counterparts across locations
Recording and producing minutes for key meetings
Handling office services such as reprographics and document binding
Responding to phone and email enquiries from a wide range of external parties
Drafting letters and reports, ensuring professional presentation and confidentiality

What you'll bring:
Strong organisational skills with a flexible, methodical approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various levels of the organisation and external contacts
Ability to work independently, proactively, and handle multiple tasks effectively
Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Proficiency in Outlook or similar email/diary applications, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience supporting teams or projects in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience:
Proven administrative experience supporting busy teams or projects
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards relevant to office and project environments
