Description
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring expenses against allocated funds.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and organisational policies.
- Support the preparation for audits and liaise with auditors as required.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Bookkeeper & Payroll Officer should have:
- A solid understanding of payroll processing and financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
