Corporate Solicitor (2-4 PQE)

We are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 2-4 years' post-qualified experience to join a growing Corporate team, based in Swindon, Bath, Marlborough or Chippenham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to undertake high-quality corporate work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will be involved in advising on a wide range of corporate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals (share sales, business and asset purchases/sales)
- Corporate restructures
- Management buy-outs
- Shareholders' agreements
- Joint venture agreements
- Ad hoc company matters and corporate governance advice
You will have regular client contact and increasing responsibility for transactions, working closely with senior colleagues who support your professional development.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-4 years' PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical skills with a practical, commercial approach
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
