The Firm
A leading London law firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to support its Real Estate team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in London Bridge.

The Opportunity
The successful Legal PA will support several fee earner with diaries, client contact, billing and documents, and quickly become someone the team relies on day to day. This role would suit a Legal PA who is confident supporting at Partner level and enjoys being a key part of a busy Real Estate team. Duties to include:

  • Managing complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Supporting billing processes, including WIP and invoicing
  • Building strong relationships with Partners and understanding their priorities
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients
  • Assisting with file management, compliance and general administrative tasks

This Legal PA position is a full time, 12-month fixed-term contract role, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm

Requirements

  • At least 4 years previous Legal PA experience within a law firm
  • Experience supporting at Partner level is (essential)
  • Experience supporting a Real Estate team within a law firm (essential)
