This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a small team, taking ownership of day to day operations, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of service. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee a small but busy catering operation, supporting both kitchen and front of house teams. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and a calm, practical approach.
