Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ-5+ PQE)

We are seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing dispute resolution team handling a varied litigation caseload, with a focus on property litigation and professional negligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from start to finish
- Advise clients and take instructions
- Handle a mixed caseload including property litigation and professional negligence
- Maintain accurate time recording and billing
- Ensure compliance with professional standards
- Support senior team members as required
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Experience in litigation (property litigation, professional negligence or contentious probate desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage a busy caseload independently
- Detail-oriented with a client-focused approach
