  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

  • Assist with PPM booking and engineer scheduling
  • Provide helpdesk support to clients and internal teams
  • Handle customer queries with friendliness and efficiency
  • Keep clients updated regularly on query resolutions
