- Strong administrative and organisational skills

- Experience with booking systems or scheduling software is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
What You'll Do
- Act as the initial point of contact for facilities management queries
- Assist with PPM booking and engineer scheduling
- Provide helpdesk support to clients and internal teams
- Handle customer queries with friendliness and efficiency
- Keep clients updated regularly on query resolutions
