The Content and Communications Manager will take ownership of creating and delivering high-quality content across multiple channels. This includes producing compelling case studies and managing project photography to ensure strong visual storytelling.

You will write engaging copy for the website, email campaigns, and marketing collateral, as well as execute targeted email campaigns.

You will also be responsible for generating consistent weekly social media content, developing brand-led campaign assets, and maintaining and updating website content to keep it fresh and relevant. In addition, you will support exhibitions, PR activity, and wider brand initiatives to ensure a consistent and cohesive presence across all touchpoints.

Profile

A successful Content and Communications Manager will have:

Experience in a design-led, brand environment

Experience delivering content-led campaigns

Exceptional copywriting with a strong sense of tone

Experience commissioning and curating photography

Proficiency in WordPress (or similar CMS), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365

Naturally detail-driven with high standards

Calm, organised, and able to manage multiple creative outputs simultaneously

Self-directed and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership

Curious and open to new tools, including AI, to enhance creativity and efficiency

Job Offer

The role offers a competitive salary of circa 45,000, along with a flexible hybrid working arrangement and annual company bonus.

You'll be provided with a company laptop and benefit from 20 days' annual leave plus a Christmas closure period.
