A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join a highly respected and supportive firm between Maidstone and Ashford which is offering full-time or part-time (3 full days or 5 days, reduced hours) This Residential Property Conveyancer role is ideal for someone confident managing their own caseload and looking to join a collaborative, close-knit team with a strong pipeline of work.

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Handle freehold sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
• Join a busy and well-established department with consistent workflow

What we are looking for The firm is seeking a proactive and experienced Residential Property Conveyancer who can hit the ground running.

• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Qualification not essential - experience is key
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions
• Confident handling a busy and varied workload
• Organised, reliable and client-focused
• A team player who thrives in a supportive environment
